Our annual HALO Awards theme was Superheroes, because ALL foster parents are heroes!
Each year, we celebrate the incredible foster parents and dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to ensure foster youth are placed in safe, loving homes. These everyday heroes step up during a child’s time of greatest need, providing care, stability, and hope.
