John Aitken
Chief Financial Officer
John Aitken has served as Kids Central’s Chief Financial Officer since 2005. In this role, he provides leadership to all administrative departments including Finance, Contracts Management, Human Resources, and Information Technology. John proudly leads a team of administrative professionals dedicated to supporting Kids Central’s clients, programs, and employees while utilizing best practices to promote accountability and stewardship.
As a dedicated supporter of the Community Based Care model, John also provides leadership to Kids Central’s Community Development department. He enjoys supporting initiatives that engage and connect community members in the many ways they can help children and families.
John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida since 1997. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and risk management.
